Food and Wine at Dolffanog Fach in Snowdonia

A hearty breakfast can set you up for an active day's walking.  We can also provide a freshly prepared packed lunch on request for a small charge (£7).

In the evening, a three-course dinner awaits, with tasty home-made soup or other delicious appetisers, followed by the main course consisting of stylish home cooking using local produce (beef, lamb, pork, chicken and fish) served in mouth-watering sauces and fresh vegetables.  There is always a vegetarian option on request.  Leave room for the dessert, whether it be chocolate tart, rhubarb crumble or the like!

Matching food with fine wine is a satisfying challenge and can be pretty straightforward.   We will be only too happy to assist.  We also have beers from Wales' only True Taste gold award winning brewery at Pen-lon Farm, Ceredigion.
